This was a styled bridal shoot. Basically, a bunch of vendors pool their products and services together to showcase their work. It took place at Within Sodo, an urban building in the industrial district of Seattle. It's part rustic, part modern and 100% funky.
One shoot. Two looks.

Everyone has their own styles and vibes. Sarah (MUAH) prefers a more natural look rather than caking on make-up. She also did a 180 degree change in the matter of 20 minutes. It was amazing. Breanna was formulaic and sweet -- Giving me just enough instructions to obtain timeless pictures. Sally (flowers) is a spitfire and so detail oriented -- Making bouquets and flower crowns is a tedious task and everything was put together by design and was absolutely gorgeous.
Kate, Sarah1, Sarah2, Breanna, and Sally were the vendors I had the most interaction with, but It was amazing seeing other passions come alive. Stacey from Oh Hey Face calligraphy was so innovative -- She cut tiles into pieces and wrote guests names on it (Talk about a party favor you actually want to keep!). I was also really impressed by Upper Crest Catering. Besides being overly thankful for the pesto pasta and lemon bars left for vendors in the kitchen, I learned that they run a non-profit out of their kitchen that serves over 1,000 meals on any given week to homeless and hungry neighbors in the Pudget Sound area.
It was a day full of talent, passion, and beauty... Both inside and out.
... And can't forget my adorable flower girl!!!
